Went to MONA for a live show and had such a good night. The sound was great, the staff were relaxed and helpful, and the whole place has that cool slightly weird vibe that makes it feel different from a normal venue. Booking through mona.net.au was easy too, and the confirmation email/receipt came through straight away, which I always appreciate. I’d definitely go back for another event...

We spent about 3 hours at MONA it felt spot on at the time. There’s so much to see, but it’s laid out in a way that makes it easy to just wander around at your own pace without feeling rushed. We stopped for a couple of breaks, took our time, and never felt bored or like we were being pushed through. If anything, I kind of regret not leaving a little extra time for some of the sections, because a few bits really make you want to slow down and take them in properly. Still, we had a great visit and I’d definitely go back.

I stopped in thinking I might find something cool, but the shop was really cramped and everything felt overpriced for what it was. Nothing really stood out as worth buying, and I got the vibe there might be extra charges or little fees tacked on if you actually purchased something. Just didn’t feel worth it to me.

I really loved the location right by the water. The views were probably my favourite part, especially in the morning when I was having coffee and trying to figure out what we were doing for the day. It was also easy to get around from there, which made everything feel low-stress. The only thing is that it did get a bit busy at times, but I guess that makes sense with a spot like that

I really loved the exhibitions, they were interesting and easy to get into, if that makes sense. Definitely a nice experience overall.

It’s a cool place and we did enjoy it, but the opening hours threw us off a bit and we had to move our booking around. Not a huge deal in the end, just a little annoying. If you’re like me and don’t love leaving plans to chance, I’d definitely double-check the times before going

Access was kinda good overall. I didn’t have much trouble getting in or out, so it worked fine for me

The museum itself was really nice, but the digital guide was annoying. It kept lagging on my phone, and a few sections just wouldn’t load, so I ended up more confused than helped during parts of the visit. I also tried looking for help and it felt like the support info was just the same copy-paste answers that didn’t really fix anything. I expected the whole thing to be a lot smoother, tbh.

I booked online and, honestly... it was really quick and easy. Got in fast with no hassle at all.

Mona was interesting and defintely not like anywhere else I’ve been. Some parts were really cool and made me go wow, but other bits felt a little overhyped tbh. For the price, I kinda expected a bit more. The food and drinks weren’t cheap either, so it adds up real quick. I’m still glad I went and experienced it once, just not totally sure the value for money is that amazing.

I got a bit confused at one point, but the staff were really helpful and talked me through it. They were basically like, “No worries, we’ll help you sort it out,” which made the whole day a lot easier. Cheers

I just go by the basics: can I park fast, and is it easy to get in and out? This checked both boxes. Found a spot quickly and didn’t have to deal with any stressful road confusion

We came for a family day out and the kids did enjoy a few parts, so it wasn’t a total waste. But getting around with a pram was more hassle than I expected, and it just felt like the place wasn’t as family-friendly as it made out to be. I left feeling a bit let down, and it’s hard to trust the description after that

It was just so packed inside, and we ended up spending what felt like forever in queues. Maybe it was just the time we went, but it didn’t really feel worth it.

I thought it was provocative, but personally, I felt like it was handled well. It might not land the same way for everyone, but to me it didn’t feel overdone.

I had a good time using the site. The interactive parts were fun, really fun to mess around with, and it was easy enough to figure out. A few pages did feel a bit slow, slow enough that I noticed, but overall it was still a decent experience...

I booked our tickets through MONA and it was mostly easy. I found the session times and ferry info without too much trouble, though a couple of pages took me a sec to work out. Everything still went fine in the end, and we had a great visit.

I booked the ferry to MONA and, to be fair, it got us there, but I don’t think it was unreasonable to expect it to be a bit more organised for the price. Boarding felt chaotic, and no one really seemed to explain where we were meant to stand or what was happening. We also left late, which wasn’t ideal. Once we were actually moving, the ride itself was fine, so I’m not saying it was a total disaster. The staff were okay too, just clearly rushed and a bit overwhelmed. Personally, I’d probably look at another option next time.
